Ana just recently sold two of our properties in the last 60 days. She is an outstanding agent and I highly recommend her. As our listing agent, she was great at getting people to see the house. In Puerto Rico, we don’t have an MLS that’s broadly utilized like in the mainland US, so it’s not as simple as putting a property in the MLS and waiting for offers. In Puerto Rico, you have to draw traffic to the house and personally show it . There is an art to getting a lot of people to show up, and there is also an art to be a salesperson to get the buyers to buy your property over the other competition. Houses in the $1M+ range in San Juan, PR can take up to a year or more to sell. She literally sold both of ours within 60 days! The results speak for themselves and we will continue to use her for our real estate needs.
